Graciously Ashu is a music/writer, she started singing at a very young age as part of a choir. She released her first album Dec 2018 called (God my peace maker) We look forward to hearing her glorious voice on the day.
Irish Dancer
She is a 17 year old student from scoil chriost ri, she plays football and camogie for portlaoise and also has an interest in Irish dancing and have danced for several schools including lawless dance academy and Farrell Caffrey school of dance , she has participated in a number of competitions through out her dancing years and we re proud to have her on stage come Africa Day Laois entertaining us with her dance.

JAMIE is one of the most talented young and upcoming Irish talents in the country with an amazing and great guitar control. Jamie Murphy performed at the People Power Charity Concert in the Dunamaise Arts Centre in March 2019. For you to realise how talented Jamie is you need to come out on the #africaday2019 in #parishcentre to see for yourself he's definitely got an awesome future in front of him.
